Withdrawal Policy
Important: please read before ordering
We only start provisioning your server after you explicitly accept the declaration (e.g. by checking the box) during checkout. Until then we do not begin the service and you keep your full 14-day right of withdrawal.
We do not provide refunds for digital goods or digital services. Once you have accepted and we have begun or completed provisioning, the service is considered fulfilled and no refund will be granted.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins with the conclusion of the contract (e.g., after order confirmation). To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear declaration (e.g., by email) to:

Effects of Withdrawal
After your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used originally.
Note on the Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely according to legal regulations if:
- You expressly consent at the time of ordering that we may begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires, and
- You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
We obtain this consent and confirmation during the ordering process. You can then use the services immediately, but waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

We only begin provisioning your server after you explicitly accept the declaration below (e.g. by checking a box and confirming your order). Until you accept, we do not start providing the service and you retain your full right of withdrawal.
When you place an order, you accept the following declaration:
I have read the Right of Withdrawal Notice and I expressly request that you begin executing the commissioned service before the end of the withdrawal period. I am aware that I will lose my right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract.
